These Terms of Service govern your use of mobilerepairscot.shop and your purchase of products and membership from MOBILE REPAIR SCOT LIMITED. By placing an order or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We sell universal, non-powered phone protection and care accessories. Products are sized by fit range rather than by model — it is your responsibility to check your phone’s size and camera position against each product’s stated range before ordering. Product images are representative; minor variation in colour or trim can occur.

• We do not sell teardown, screen-opening or battery-replacement tools; do not attempt internal phone repairs.
• Magnetic products contain strong magnets — follow the pacemaker, card and child-safety warnings on each item.
• Water-protection products follow supplier IP test conditions; run an empty-pouch test and never rely on a submersion claim.
• Straps, lanyards and tethers are rated for phone weight — fit them correctly and check them regularly.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the item only; shipping and any destination taxes or customs duties are shown or noted at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is processed by our secure provider; your order is a contract once we confirm dispatch.

Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. Benefits (member pricing, free shipping, extended returns and, on Care Studio, a quarterly care-supply delivery) apply in real time while active. There are no credits or stored value. You may cancel any time; see the Refund Policy for how charges and shipped care supplies are handled.

Use the site lawfully and do not misuse our content. All site content and product designs are our own or licensed to us; we do not sell products bearing third-party brands, characters or logos. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for misuse contrary to the stated safety limits.
