Acceptable Use & Product Safety

We do not sell any teardown, screen-opening or battery-replacement tools. Phones contain lithium batteries and self-repair carries a real risk of fire and injury and can void your warranty. Our products protect and care for the outside of your phone only — for internal repairs, use a professional repair service.

Every product is non-powered. We do not sell chargers, cables, power banks or any item containing a battery, so there are no lithium-shipping hazards in our range.

• Magnetic rings and mounts contain strong magnets.
• Pacemaker and implanted-device users must keep a safe distance and consult a doctor.
• Keep magnets away from bank-card magnetic strips, mechanical watches and storage media.
• Small parts and magnets are a choking/ingestion hazard — keep away from young children.

Waterproof pouches and dry bags are rated by the supplier to stated IP test conditions. A seal depends on correct closure, underwater touch can be limited, and we do not guarantee any submersion scenario. Always run an empty-pouch test before trusting a device to it; putting a valuable device in water is at your own risk.

• Products are sized by fit range — check your phone size and camera position before ordering.
• Lanyards, straps and tethers are rated for phone weight only; fit them correctly, don’t overload, and check them regularly.
• Adhesive-backed items: press firmly and allow the adhesive to cure before applying grip or weight.

• Polishing cloths remove fingerprints and oil — they do not repair scratches.
• Clear-case whitening kits slow yellowing — they do not reverse it.
• Daily wipes are for general cleaning — no disinfectant or sanitising claim is made.
• No product is an “absolute drop” or “any-depth waterproof” guarantee.
