Return Policy

You may return eligible, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Casecraft Club members enjoy an extended 60-day window. Refunds for approved returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all parts and packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

• Opened cleaning liquids, wipe jars and single-use rain/wipe consumables (hygiene).
• Adhesive-backed items that have been applied — rings, grips, kickstands, card holders and connector pads.
• Items returned incomplete or damaged through misuse.
• This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Ordered the wrong fit range? Start a return for an unused item and place a new order for the correct size. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the exchange and shipping — see the Refund Policy.

Email support@mobilerepairscot.shopwith your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the return address and, where applicable, provide a label. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility; we recommend a tracked service.

We ship and accept returns worldwide. For international returns, mark the parcel clearly as a returned item to avoid extra duties. Any import charges you paid on the original order are handled by the destination customs authority, not by us.
